2. Production & Export Preparation (3–7 business days)

Product is processed and packed

Labeled according to U.S. import standards

Export documentation prepared:

Commercial invoice

Packing list

Health or phytosanitary certificates

3. Export Process in Colombia (1–3 business days)

Goods transported to port (usually Cartagena, Buenaventura, or Barranquilla)

Customs clearance with DIAN (Colombian customs authority)

Cargo loaded into reefer container (refrigerated) or air cargo

4. International Shipping to U.S. (7–10 calendar days)
